MEETINGS: Third Wednesday of each month VENUE: Maraetai Beach Hall, Rewa Road TIME: 1.30pm For nearly 50 years the Maraetai Garden Circle has been meeting monthly, betwen the months of March and November, to share the enjoyments of gardening and to learn more about plants and all aspects of gardening. Each month members can participate if they wish in competitions by bringing examples of flowers, shrubs, fruit and vegetables from their gardens. Guest speakers are invited monthly to talk about their special interest or professional work on subjects of interest to gardeners. Membership is not restricted to Maraetai and Beachlands residents. Members from other areas attend our meetings regularly. Everyone, friends and visitors are welcomed by the Maraetai Garden Circle Members to share with them a common interest and others social activities. Annual Subscription: $10-00 |
